Application Support Engineer IoT 60-100% Help shape the digital future of Migros Zürich. You will be responsible for modern IoT and IT solutions in our branches, ensuring stable operations and supporting roll-outs on site. Together with departments, key users, internal IT teams and external partners, you will take on responsibility and successfully implement technical solutions in the daily life of our branches. What you will be doing You will ensure the stable operation of our applications and support in the event of disruptions, analyses and technical issues You will maintain, check and optimize data as an important basis for our IoT and digitization projects You will evaluate data and key figures and support project and operational decisions You will support the further development of applications, interfaces and processes You will accompany roll-outs in our branches, from technical preparation to hardware coordination to implementation on site You will work on pilot projects, tests, training and technical enabling of key users You can gradually take on responsibility for sub-projects, features or larger change requests, including requirements gathering, coordination and testing. In the long term, you will develop in the direction of IT Service Management You will document technical solutions, processes and findings in a clear and comprehensible manner What you bring Education: Completed vocational training (EFZ) Field of study: In computer science or you are currently studying/completed a degree in computer science, business informatics or a comparable qualification. Professional experience: Ideally, first professional experience in computer science, application management or project environment.
