Foreman Our client, a renowned gardening company in the Zurich region, is looking for a motivated and committed: Employment Temporary employment 100% Work location Zürich Requirements \- Completed apprenticeship as a gardener with corresponding further training - Several years of professional experience in a leadership position in landscaping/maintenance - Strong communication and leadership skills - Category B driver's license and flexibility for regional assignments - Customer orientation and entrepreneurial thinking - German language skills in speaking and writing Area of activity \- Management of all landscaping and garden maintenance projects - Leading a team of 2-5 employees - Responsibility for efficient resource use - Planning of construction sites and materials - Personnel management including recruiting, training and development of the team - Compliance with legal regulations and quality standards
