What awaits you ### • You process outpatient and inpatient benefit cases in the areas of KVG and VVG. • You check and assess benefit claims from a legal as well as medical perspective. • You process guarantees of payment. • You provide information orally or in writing regarding benefit questions. • Your contact persons: insured persons, doctors, hospitals, therapists as well as employees from other areas of CONCORDIA. What you bring with you ### • You have a basic medical education (in a medical practice, pharmacy or drugstore) combined with commercial further training (business school or from the healthcare sector). • Or a basic commercial education in the insurance industry or in the hospital sector. • Working independently, expeditiously, exactly and flexibly? You feel comfortable doing this. • You possess good comprehension skills. • You appreciate a dynamic, versatile as well as service-oriented environment just as much as we do. • Your confident German is convincing, whether you speak or write. • Proficient MS Office skills?
