To strengthen our Workplace Engineering department, we are looking for a motivated and committed personality immediately or by arrangement.

Tasks ##

• You take responsibility for the municipal standard applications including release, change, vulnerability, and patch management.
• You provide 3rd level support for the municipal standard applications.
• You advise and support the municipal service departments on questions regarding the integration of client software.
• You provide instructions and documentation for the creation of software packages.
• You provide 3rd level support for the municipal Windows Client.
• You work together with external software suppliers and manufacturers.

Profile ##

• Completed vocational training in an ITC profession or several years of experience in the above-mentioned fields of activity
• Experience in operations and technical support
• Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Windows environments
• Strong understanding of quality and processes
• Analytical skills and a structured way of working
• Communication and coordination strength as well as enjoyment in working with different stakeholders
