YOUR TASKS • Technical, personnel, and organizational leadership of a specialist group of surgical nursing with a focus on hybrid, cardiac, vascular, and thoracic surgery • Ensuring smooth operative operations as well as active participation in complex cardiac and vascular surgical procedures • Co-design and further development of modern OR processes, quality standards, and innovative technologies • Responsibility for planning, coordination, and close interprofessional cooperation with all relevant specialist departments • Promotion of a positive team culture as well as support for the professional development of employees <br /> YOUR PROFILE • Training as a Dipl.
