YOUR TASKS

• Consulting in specialist-specific nursing situations
• Accompanying new employees during the induction phase
• Carrying out internal departmental evaluations as well as specialist short training sessions
• Consulting and coaching team members on nursing specialist questions
• 1x monthly specialist consultant meeting with all specialist consultants in the house
• 4x per month fixed office days

YOUR PROFILE

• Completed training as Dipl. Pflegefachfrau/ Pflegefachmann IMC
• High degree of independence and responsibility in clinical decision-making and the measures to be initiated
• Quality awareness, critical and reflective thinking
• Independent and reliable
