The Verein sintegrA zürich is a social organization that has been committed to the social and professional integration of people with mental impairments for over 30 years and now operates various offers in four businesses. The Betreuungsdienst offers people with mental impairments performance-adapted permanent jobs in the second labor market. The IV-employees care for, support, and accompany people in private households as well as in elderly and disability institutions. For this demanding task, the IV-employees are trained and professionally accompanied by a specialist team. To complement our specialist team, we are looking for a specialist Betreuungsdienst with sound experience in psychiatry, starting December 1st or by arrangement, fixed-term for 6 months (with option for permanent employment). Your area of responsibility ### • Leadership, planning, coordination, and accompaniment of the IV-employees within the framework of work assignments (reference person system) • Recognizing changes, crises, signs of over- or under-taxation • Assistance in the recruitment of new IV-employees • Customer care and contact maintenance with relatives • Planning, preparation, and implementation of teaching units within the framework of the preparatory course for IV-employees and of internal training • Comprehensive, professionally and linguistically correct documentation Your profile ### • Completed training as a nursing specialist HF, degree in Social Pedagogy / Social Work FH or similar training with a focus on psychiatry • Professional experience in the psychiatric field • Experience in knowledge transfer is an advantage • Joy in taking on responsibility and using your sound specialist knowledge as well as your computer skills • Interest in dealing with socio-psychiatric aspects of mental impairment • Distinct flair for customer contacts and networking • Joy in organizing and coordinating - predominantly on the telephone or computer • Open, humorous, and flexible personality We offer ### We offer you an exciting and versatile workplace in the socio-psychiatric field in a committed and humorous team.
