Brunch Cook Sat & Sun 20-40% (m/f/d) per September or by arrangement PHILO continues to grow and we are looking for you for our kitchen team! Do you wield your cooking spoon like a magic wand? Do you know more than just "small" and "large" when it comes to pans, and "Tahini" is not the name of a lonely island to you? At the weekend, we serve our brunch menu all day, made creatively, freshly, and with much love. You will work closely with our head chef and together with her ensure that everything runs smoothly in the Philo kitchen. Your tasks: • Preparation of brunch dishes according to recipe • Mise en place • Preparation of our fine bagels and other dishes according to recipe • Providing pastries and cakes • Compliance with hygiene and cleaning plans • Goods receipt and inspection • Quality control of our products • Ensuring a smooth process during peak times • Support in all areas For you: • Regular working hours during the day between 07:00- 16:00 (only Sat & Sun) • no split shifts • a great team What we wish for: • a large portion of initiative, cleanliness and reliability • very good German language skills • experience in the kitchen (ideally in the à la carte sector) • independent and proactive way of working Does that sound like you?
