In this position, you will proactively and uncomplicatably accompany our customers in the event of a claim. What you will achieve with us ## At the center of your work is the optimal support of our customers in the event of a claim - from its reporting to its conclusion. You will skillfully apply your expertise and service orientation to the accompaniment of the entire process, thereby providing customers with security regarding claim processing. You will be in close exchange with your team as well as with all parties involved in the event of a claim. In more complex cases, you will inspect the damage on-site at our customers' locations. What you bring with you ## • Completed training in the insurance industry, insurance specialist certificate (Versicherungsfachausweis) an advantage • Several years of professional experience in claims processing • Enjoyment in contact and accompanying customers in the event of a claim • Customer-oriented and independent way of working • Responsible, resilient, and open personality • Ability to work in a team • Willingness to personally carry out damage inspections in the Zurich/Glattal region • Career changers cannot be considered for this position Working with us ## A demanding and versatile activity awaits you in an urban area and at a modern workplace in Glattpark. There is the possibility to work from home 1-2 days per week.
