Know-How Manager: (60-100%) – Zürich/Basel, Switzerland Your main tasks Shape the future of legal advice with us! In addition to the maintenance and coordination of processes concerning know-how of the Startup & VC Desk and the Corporate/M&A and Life Sciences areas, you will scout, test and implement Legal Tech/AI tools that support our work and further develop our business model. Bring in your expertise and take on responsibility in a versatile environment. Single Point of Contact for Know-how Management Organization/coordination of know-how sessions of certain Practice Groups, including coordination of topics and speakers; Management of templates: definition of processes and responsibilities; management regarding filing and maintenance; responsibility regarding standardization (formatting etc.); Further development of know-how through legal research on fundamental issues, overviews of complex legal processes, training the team on relevant topics; Professionalization of workflows; participation/coordination in the annual Corporate Housekeeping Newsletter/Template/Webinar preparation; Participation and organization of Know-how annual program (including know-how retreats, external events, Practice Group) as well as coordination with the Management Board and employees. Legal Tech Responsibilities Maintenance of existing Legal Tech/AI solutions (including contract automation); Constant scouting, testing and implementation of new Legal Tech solutions; Strategic advice to the partners regarding Legal Tech/AI: identification of areas within the Startup & VC Desk where efficiency increases are possible through marketable Legal Tech solutions; Coordination with KC-wide Legal Tech/AI initiatives as well as relevant stakeholders (COO/central IT, etc.). What you bring Legal education, ideally with transaction experience in the Corporate area; Lawyer's license or equivalent foreign qualification (German State Examination/Austrian degree); or Law studies (BLaw/MLaw); or Paralegal training with a focus on Law; Above-average IT skills, especially in the following areas: Windows, Word, Excel, PPT; Desirable: Further knowledge in VBA programming (Excel scripts) as well as the ability to design Power Automate flows; Flair for using (legal) AI tools (prompting/vaults with Harvey and comparable tools); Willingness to familiarize yourself with the existing automation tool (Word-based); Organizational talent and strengths in coordinating complex processes; Strong "Can Do" mentality, independent working and mental flexibility.
