Job Description ##

• Support of the Relationship Managers in daily customer service
• Processing and coordination of payments, securities transactions, and foreign exchange transactions
• Accompanying account openings and closings for private individuals and companies
• Monitoring of liquidity, account balances, fixed-term deposits, and open customer orders
• Coordination with custodian banks, Compliance, Middle Office, and other internal and external contact persons
• Preparation of client meetings, presentations, contract documents, and relevant documentation
• Maintenance of client, investment, and master data as well as ensuring complete dossiers
• Support with regulatory, administrative, and mandate-related issues

The Successful Applicant ##

• Several years of experience in a comparable client service, assistant, or account management function in Private Banking, Family Office, or Wealth Management
• Very good understanding of daily client business with high-net-worth private clients
• Experience in the processing of payments, securities, and foreign exchange transactions
• Routine in handling account openings, KYC documents, and structures with legal entities
• Good regulatory understanding as well as strong risk and quality awareness
• Independent, careful, and proactive way of working
• Resilient, discreet, and service-oriented personality with enjoyment of teamwork
• Fluent German and English skills; other languages an advantage
