What you achieve with us

• Independent, long-term consulting and close support of a fixed client base as the central contact person for strategic decisions
• Development of comprehensive, data-driven digital strategies based on client requirements and long-term business goals
• Holistic support and coordination of cross-channel digital marketing projects in interaction with our performance marketing, social media, SEO, web experience, and strategy experts
• Translation of client requirements into concrete roadmaps and measures, as well as management of the digital roadmap across all disciplines
• Link between clients and interdisciplinary project teams, as well as collaboration with the creation, branding, and communication experts from the Farner Netzwerk team for integrated campaigns beyond the digital world
• Further development of existing client relationships by recognizing new potentials, as well as participation in pitches and in proposal development

You fit us if-

• You have several years of professional experience in consulting and supporting clients in the digital environment, ideally on the agency side
• You bring sound knowledge in at least one digital discipline (e.g., SEA, SEO, Social Media, Programmatic, Content) and have a very broad interdisciplinary understanding across other areas
• You can define KPIs along the Customer Journey, interpret performance data, and derive strategic recommendations for action from them
• You are confident in using common campaign and web analysis tools (e.g., GA4, Looker Studio) and bring an understanding of modern data ecosystems such as Customer Data Platforms (CDPs)
• You engage with current trends such as AI in digital marketing, Generative Search, or automation and integrate these into your consulting
• You understand, question, and further develop digital roadmaps and media planning at a strategic level together with our experts
• You work independently, make decisions, and enjoy taking responsibility for your clients and projects
• You have German language skills at native level as well as very good English skills; French or Italian skills are a welcome plus
