The Abteilung Trägerschaften is part of the Bereich Ergänzende Hilfen zur Erziehung und für den Vollzug des Kinder- und Jugendheimgesetzes (KJG) responsible.

In the Team Controlling, we are looking for a person, starting January 1, 2027 or by agreement, temporary until December 31, 2030, who wants to take on a key role in the area of sozialpädagogische Familienhilfe (SPF). In this position, you combine financial management, supervision and professional development - and thereby contribute directly to the quality and effectiveness of the services.

Your impact
You ensure that services are not only billed correctly, but also provided effectively. With your analytical eye, your clarity and your desire to shape, you further develop structures and strengthen the ability to manage in a dynamic environment.

Your tasks ###

• Responsibility for the assessment of annual financial statements of service providers with a service agreement
• Optimization of payment runs and monitoring of associated controls for compliance with billing regulations
• Assessment of the financial viability of the organizations and of tariff calculations
• Conception and implementation of regular controlling meetings with the providers
• Targeted development of processes, instruments and reporting structures
• Optimization of data bases, preparation of reports and implementation of sound analyses as a basis for decision-making
• Taking on project responsibility and actively driving the further development of the specialist application

Your profile ###

• Bachelor's degree (Uni/FH) in Business Administration, ideally with a specialization in Finance, Controlling or Audit
• several years of experience in controlling in auditing/or in fiduciary services
• Joy in analyzing complex relationships and preparing them in an understandable way
• Confident appearance as well as the ability to act clearly and constructively even in demanding conversation situations
• Interest in engaging in a socially relevant environment and taking on responsibility
• High level of independence, resilience and the motivation to actively move things forward
