For our client, a real estate company in Limmattal, we are looking for a reliable and committed Senior Real Estate Property Manager ### #### Tasks & Challenges • Management of an interesting commercial portfolio • Contact person for tenants, owners, and craftsmen • Care of the property, including a lot of time on-site at the real estate • Budgeting and investment planning for rental income, maintenance, and renovation • Control of rent and utility cost statements • Support in collection and dunning processes Qualifications & Competencies • Commercial basic training or similar • Degree as an Eidg. dipl.
