The Social Services ensure with their work in the five social centers that people in the City of Zürich can rely on effective basic social care. For the Helvetiaplatz social center, we are looking for additional reinforcement as of 01. November 2026 or by agreement. Social Worker with a Focus on Social Assistance and Adult Protection 80 % Tasks • You work polyvalently: You provide economic social assistance and conduct civil law mandates for adults. There is plenty of variety. • You advise and accompany adult clients in financial and social difficulties and seek ways with them for sustainable professional and social integration. • You document your work in a traceable manner in the case management system. • You work closely with your team, are supported administratively, and can draw on specialized specialist offices. Profile • University of Applied Sciences degree in Social Work (with a focus on Social Work) • Professional experience in providing economic social assistance and/or conducting mandates in adult protection.
