Your tasks

• Drafting and/or preparation of outpatient and inpatient medical letters, insurance reports, results, KG entries and prescriptions according to directives
• Processing of incoming emails and telephone calls
• Autonomous management of requests and inquiries from patients, respectively from doctors
• Requesting external documents
• Digitization of documents
• Sending reports
• General administrative tasks such as processing mail, etc.
• Ensuring the replacement of the executive assistant in case of absence, depending on qualification

Your profile

• Completed medical training with administrative training/experience or commercial training with training in the medical field
• Professional experience in a similar or equivalent function
• Logical and structured mindset with pleasure in working autonomously in an interdisciplinary team and with a high standard of quality
• Very good knowledge of German spelling and terminology, knowledge of English and French an asset
