WHAT YOU CAN SET IN MOTION ## We are looking for a competent Automation / UiPath Technical Consultant to design, implement and maintain scalable process automation solutions with a strong focus on end-to-end process orchestration using Maestro, Bots and intelligent Agents. You will work closely with business and IT stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and provide contextual and goal-oriented workflows by leveraging UiPath, Maestro, AI/LLM and orchestration frameworks. As a member of adesso's Agentic Automation Platform Center of Excellence, you will join a collaborative, international and multidisciplinary team, contributing to future-oriented automation projects and shaping best practices in process automation delivery.  Key responsibilities • Lead, advise and implement automation solutions with UiPath (Studio, Orchestrator, Apps, AI Center), orchestrating end-to-end processes with Maestro, Bots and intelligent Agents. • Manage the automation lifecycle: process discovery, design, implementation, testing, deployment and continuous support. • Develop intelligent automation agents and orchestrate end-to-end processes using UiPath Maestro. • Collaborate with stakeholders and business analysts to translate business needs into scalable and maintainable automation workflows. • Actively participate in Agile ceremonies and support internal knowledge sharing as well as the development of best practices. HOW TO SUCCEED ## • Completed technical training in computer science, software engineering or a related field (e.g., Bachelor/Master, apprenticeship, HF/FH/University/ETH or equivalent). • 2 to 3 years of professional experience in process automation with UiPath. • Experience in business process modeling and BPMN. • Familiarity with agentic automation concepts and interest in AI/LLM-driven process orchestration. • Proficiency in English and German (C1). A plus • UiPath Automation Developer Professional or Automation Business Analyst Professional certification (or equivalent) is an advantage.
