• Start ASAP // 6-Monats-Vertrag (Verlängerung oder Festanstellung möglich) • Spannende Möglichkeit in einem Schweizer KMU About Our Client ## Schweizer KMU Job Description ## • You are responsible for the deployment planning of our service technicians in the field and ensure optimal utilization. • You take over the coordination and scheduling of recurring contract checks as well as acute deployments in pest control. • You are in close contact with our customers, accept orders and clarify details regarding deployment planning. • You work closely with the regional managers, technicians and sales back office to ensure a smooth process. • You monitor the adherence to deadlines and dates. • You support digital deployment planning through the use of modern tools and help with the further development of internal processes. • You are the point of contact for our technicians in day-to-day business and support them with organizational questions. The Successful Applicant ## • Completed vocational training in the commercial sector, logistics, dispatch or comparable training. • Professional experience in deployment planning, dispatch or coordination - ideally in a service-oriented environment. • Very good planning and organizational talent with a high degree of independence, sense of responsibility and reliability. • Customer- and service-oriented personality with pleasure in telephone customer contact. • Confident handling of digital tools, planning tools and MS Office. • Very good German language skills in word and writing.
