PROJECT MANAGER CONSTRUCTION 80-100%

For our projects, we are looking for an experienced Project Manager Construction who thinks in terms of design, construction, and realization. You will accompany projects from the construction project through to working and detail planning to implementation and ensure that the architectural quality is maintained even in the built detail.

ABOUT US

We are SCHIBLIHOLENSTEIN ARCHITEKTEN, an owner-managed architecture firm with around 16 employees in the middle of Zürich. We design, plan, and realize new builds and renovations for various clients. Design, project planning, execution planning, and construction management work closely together with us, from the first thought to the built reality.

YOUR ROLE

• you lead projects from the construction project to realization
• you manage the execution planning and keep an eye on quality, deadlines, and processes
• you coordinate specialist planners and technical interfaces
• you develop constructive and design solutions down to the detail
• you accompany tenders, awards, and implementation on the construction site

WHAT YOU BRING

• a completed architecture degree ETH/FH or equivalent
• at least 5 years of experience in project management and execution planning in Switzerland
• confidence in construction, working drawings, and detailing
• very good knowledge of Swiss construction processes, standards, and regulations
• very good ArchiCAD knowledge and enjoyment of working in 3D
• a high standard for design and execution quality
• an independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working
• very good German language skills
