Tasks As part of your assigned primary care responsibilities, you are responsible for planning, implementing, monitoring, and adjusting the nursing process, as well as for delegating tasks to employees of other competence levels. You perform nursing and medical-technical procedures, primarily in complex unstable situations in the long-term psychiatric field. You advise and accompany residents and relatives during illness and crises. You take over the daily responsibility on the ward. You participate in the development of departmental goals to ensure quality and cooperation.
