In the university endoscopy center of USZ, we perform diagnostic as well as interventional procedures and thus accompany patients from preparation through sedation to aftercare. You will find yourself in an exciting and highly specialized working environment in which, as a group lead, you can promote and sustainably ensure both the quality of clinical care as well as process and personnel development. Our over 8'600 employees and around 700 trainees commit themselves daily to the well-being of our patients. ### Your main tasks • You assist with a wide variety of procedures, ensure evidence-based nursing, and take responsibility in daily coordination with the various interfaces • You work primarily from Monday to Friday on day shifts and occasionally perform on-call services • You empower registered nurses and FaGe and promote constructive cooperation • Together with the department management, you dedicate yourself to various leadership tasks, for example the recruitment and performance appraisal of employees • Together with the interprofessional team, you develop processes for quality and productivity optimization and work with various internal interfaces in the process Your profile • Completed training as a registered nurse HF/FH or a foreign diploma with corresponding SRK recognition • Several years of professional experience in acute care; experience in the field of endoscopy or in similar interventional settings is an advantage • Completed leadership or management training or the willingness to complete a corresponding training • High social competence, organizational skills, and enjoyment in working with people Our benefits We look forward to your application Claudine Schweizer Recruiting About USZ The Universitätsspital Zürich is one of the largest hospitals in Switzerland.
