AOZ is a non-profit, independent public law institution of the City of Zurich with over 2000 employees and more than 1000 intercultural interpreters and volunteers. Commissioned by the Confederation, Cantons, City of Zurich and other municipalities, it provides specialist services in the field of migration and integration. Dipl. Pflegefachperson 40-100%, Kollektivunterkunft Triemli - Without night shifts Your tasks • You independently conduct the health consultation hours in the center and perform triage (gatekeeping), if necessary, referral to partner doctors or other institutions. • You take over nursing care, simple medical treatment and first aid in emergencies. • You ensure a level-appropriate flow of information to the team, the management and to the doctors. • You coordinate the medical appointments for our clients. • You document the medical cases and transmit them to the responsible bodies upon discharge. Your profile • Completed nursing training (HF) or a recognized equivalent training • At least two years of professional experience as a nursing specialist • Good oral and written German skills (at least level C1), English skills and other languages such as Farsi, Ukrainian, Arabic, Kurdish, etc. are an advantage • Good knowledge of MS Office and case management programs (Tutoris) • Good interaction with people in different life situations, strong communication skills, assertiveness and resilience and willingness for flexible working hours Monique Leeser HR Recruiting Partner recruiting@aoz.ch
