YOUR TASKS • You lead, promote, and develop your dialysis team professionally and organizationally and create a motivating work environment. • You ensure high-quality, safe, and patient-oriented care as well as compliance with our quality standards. • You plan and coordinate personnel deployment and ensure smooth operations on the dialysis ward. • You actively participate in daily nursing work and professionally carry out complex dialysis-specific treatments as well as shunt punctures. • You promote close interdisciplinary cooperation and commit to the continuous development of processes and quality standards. • You take responsibility for the organization of the on-call service and participate in the weekend on-call service if required. <br /> YOUR PROFILE • You have completed training as a diplomierte Pflegefachperson HF/FH or an equivalent, recognized training in Switzerland. • You bring several years of professional experience in dialysis as well as sound specialist knowledge. • You already have leadership experience or want to take the next step into a leadership function and bring the corresponding potential. • You convince through organizational skills, sense of responsibility, decisiveness, and a structured way of working. • You communicate appreciatively, enjoy working interdisciplinary, and know how to motivate and develop employees. • You have very good German skills in spoken and written form; other language skills are an advantage. <br /> A motivated, committed, and multiprofessional team in a progressive working environment awaits you.
