Your contribution to our team
As a civil engineer, you will start directly with us in the exciting world of demanding construction projects. Our experienced team will accompany you during your entry into professional life and guide you step by step through the diverse tasks in structural engineering.
As a project engineer, you will design demanding high-rise and art buildings, excavations, and foundations, from the first conceptual idea to realization. In doing so, you will use modern digital planning methods and work closely with specialists from various disciplines.
Another focus lies in the static and dynamic verification of existing structures as well as in the planning of upgrading and conversion measures. In this process, you can continuously deepen your expertise and take on increasing responsibility.
We will specifically accompany you in your professional and personal development. Our goal is for you to develop into an independent project manager in the medium term and to lead demanding projects independently in our interdisciplinary project teams.
Your competencies
Completed Master's degree in Civil Engineering at ETH Zürich
Broad interest in engineering technical tasks and construction methods (reinforced concrete, wood, steel)
Sound theoretical knowledge in structural analysis, design, and geotechnics
Proactive, communicative, and team-oriented personality
Independence, flexibility, and entrepreneurial thinking
Openness to new topics, such as digital planning
Good communicative skills in German, both orally and in writing
Ideally initial practical experience
