Schule Kappeli Primar is a QUIMS school (Quality in multicultural schools) in Kreis 9, Zürich Altstetten. It places great importance on promoting a sense of community and views the cultural diversity of its students as an enrichment. The school is centrally located near Lindenplatz in the heart of Altstetten. Additionally, a children's playground offers a popular meeting point for children to play and linger both during school hours and outside of them. Currently, Schule Kappeli Primar consists of 11 kindergartens and 19 primary classes. We operate four kindergarten after-school care centers (Kindergartenhorte), three primary after-school care centers (Primarhorte), as well as a morning table (Morgentisch). To complement our team, we are looking for a suitable personality as of 01. October 2026 or by arrangement.

Tasks ##

• You bear responsibility for the pedagogical, organizational, and administrative management of a care facility.
• You ensure attentive and resource-oriented work with the children and their parents.
• Interprofessional cooperation with other specialist areas (e.g., teaching) is an important part of your work.
• Planning and implementation of leisure pedagogical activities (incl. 2-4 weeks of work during school holidays per year).

Profile ##

• We look forward to a specialist with a high sense of responsibility and a positive view of humanity.
• Good skills for cooperation and flexibility in thinking and acting are important prerequisites for this work.
• Professional experience in working with children is required.
• You have a social pedagogical degree (FH, HF) or an equivalent training or an apprenticeship as a FaBe.
