It provides comprehensive services in the field of central IT infrastructure and canton-wide applications for the directorates, authorities, justice, and independent institutions. Your tasks: * Analysis and modeling of business processes in the area of input/output management in scanning / printing * Collection, structuring and specification of functional as well as technical requirements together with the various stakeholders. * Conduct and moderation of workshops and interviews to develop future-proof solutions. * Creation and maintenance of use cases, user stories as well as requirement documentation. * Accompanying the technical implementation as well as planning and coordination of tests. * Responsibility in demand, incident and change management as well as close cooperation with internal and external partners. * Coordination of external suppliers and promotion of knowledge transfer within the service environment. * Further development and optimization of document processes taking into account high quality and security standards. * Identification of optimization potentials and active co-design of modern IT services. Your profile: * University degree (FH/Uni) in business informatics or a comparable field of study. * Several years of experience in requirements engineering, business engineering or in a similar role. * Enjoyment in analyzing complex requirements and developing viable solutions together with different stakeholders. * Experience in test management, project management or document management is an advantage. * Analytical, structured and independent way of working as well as strong communication skills. * Very good German skills as well as good English skills.
