Service Technician KNX (a)

What you will achieve: ###

• Independent and early order planning as well as work preparation (AVOR)
• Professional execution of service and maintenance orders in compliance with quality requirements and the recognized rules of technology
• Parameterization, commissioning and troubleshooting of KNX systems
• Material procurement according to specified guidelines
• Careful reporting and documentation (service reports, adjustments, protocols)
• Independent instruction, advice and support of our customers on site
• Close cooperation with project managers and internal specialist departments

What you bring: ###

• Completed basic training as an Electrical Installer EFZ in the direction of IT, System Building Technology or with a comparable qualification
• Verifiable experience in a similar function (KNX / Service)
• Willingness for subject-specific further training
• High IT affinity and good knowledge of common MS Office programs
• Very good German language skills in speaking and writing
• Strong communication skills
• High customer orientation and service mentality
• Independent and team-oriented way of working
• Flexible, resilient and communicative personality
