Job Description ## The perfect apprenticeship for service-oriented all-rounders with an interest in information management! In this training, you will be responsible for the following tasks in the library: • Data management; preparation and dissemination of information • Acquisition, indexing and preservation of media • Advising customers on services, media and information offerings • Supporting customers with their research and information procurement The training lasts 3 years and takes place mainly in the library in the main building, on the Campus Zentrum. During the training, you will gain insight into another institution in the field of information and documentation through an external internship (e.g., in a public library or a documentation center). Profile ## You enjoy interacting with customers and are interested in information technologies and electronic media. You impress your customers through your openness, your service awareness and your communication skills. Through your analytical and systematic thinking and your sense of order, you always maintain an overview.
