(Exklusiv) Project Manager Operations Pharma (m/w)

On behalf of our client, a globally active, renowned pharmaceutical service provider based in Zürich Nord (central train station location, with the option to work from home up to 100%), we are seeking a (Exklusiv) Project Manager Operations Pharma (m/w) # In this varied role, you will be part of the Corporate Project Management Team and take on diverse tasks as a project manager at the interface to international health insurance customers (primarily US companies) and pharmaceutical manufacturers based there. You will be the competent contact person for project management for various projects. For example, client onboarding projects, including developing a detailed project plan for individual client onboarding (timelines, key deliverables, communication, resources, etc.) and accompanying customers until operational handover to the respective account managers. You will advise companies on cooperation agreements with pharmaceutical manufacturers, as well as performance and contract content, and ensure optimal SLA/service quality in the provision of services for your key accounts. Furthermore, you will take on projects in the area of technical integration (company platforms/databases) or projects in the area of corporate processes (e.g., process optimization in sales/sales/account management), which you will also accompany from A to Z as a project manager (including project planning and implementation). In doing so, you will work closely with your internal colleagues/stakeholders (e.g., account management, marketing, legal, IT, etc.). To be successful in this responsible role, you should have a higher education degree, e.g., in business administration, project management, and/or relationship management. Specific project management certifications (e.g., PMP, IPMA, etc.) are an advantage. You should have several years of experience in comparable positions as a project manager (e.g., with a project focus in account management, customer services/customer relationship management, or corporate/IT projects), which you have ideally gained in the healthcare/pharmaceutical or health insurance environment. Important are proven strengths/experience in project planning and implementation (creating project plans, planning resources, coordinating implementation). Specific experience in project management offices with many interdisciplinary interfaces (IT, finance, sales, PM, etc.) is, like experience in an international environment (e.g., dealing with US customers), an advantage. You should have good German language skills (an advantage) and negotiation-secure English language skills; additional languages are an advantage. If you are also a pragmatic, organizationally strong personality who can communicate convincingly at all hierarchy levels and keep a cool head even in hectic times, we should get to know each other as soon as possible.
