As a Performance Analyst in our clinic, you will take on a key role in the analysis, optimization, and strategic further development of our processes and workflows. YOUR TASKS ## • Carrying out comprehensive analyses and controlling tasks (e.g., clinic KPIs, capacity management, individual case analyses) as well as their systematic further development • Participating in the further development and optimization of capacity models for forecasting capacity and resource requirements as well as improving allocation and planning accuracy • Taking over administrative tasks in the area of performance management as well as creating regular performance reports to support data-driven management decisions • Monitoring and evaluating planning and operational efficiency and effectiveness • Identification of improvement potential as well as modeling and development of measures for performance improvement • Cooperation with various departments to analyze and optimize the planned patient path in order to increase the efficiency and quality of patient care (process optimization) • Support and training of employees regarding the use of analysis tools and methods to improve data quality and usage YOUR PROFILE ## • Business administration education, ideally with a corresponding portfolio of further training and experience in healthcare and hospital management, as well as controlling knowledge and the willingness to further develop it • Several years of professional experience in a comparable function, preferably at the specialist expert level • Knowledge of the structures and processes in the hospital sector as well as the relevant regulatory requirements (e.g., SwissDRG, SPLG) • Familiarity with common analysis tools and software as well as experience in dealing with large amounts of data (e.g., BIC3) • Very routine handling of Excel, SAP, MCC • Programming skills (e.g., Python, R) are an advantage • Experience in process, quality, and/or project management is an advantage • High level of initiative, independent way of working, as well as strong analytical and conceptual skills • Strong communication and cooperation skills in an interdisciplinary environment • German as a native language or business fluent German, English as well as other languages are an advantage In addition to an attractive workplace on the right side of Lake Zurich, a well-coordinated multi-professional team awaits you.
