In this training, you are responsible for the following tasks in the library: Data management; preparation and dissemination of information Acquisition, indexing and preservation of media Advising customers on services, media and information offers Supporting customers with their research and information procurement The training lasts 3 years and takes place mainly in the library in the main building, on the Campus Zentrum. During the training, you will gain insight into another institution from the field of information and documentation through an external internship (e.g., in a public library or a documentation center). Profile You value dealing with customers and are interested in information technologies and electronic media. You inspire your customers through your openness as well as your service consciousness and your communication skills. Through your analytical and systematic thinking and your sense of order, you always maintain an overview.
