Job description
The Verein ABB Kinderkrippen operates 16 nurseries and one after-school care center at various locations, which see themselves as family-supplementary institutions. For our Kinderkrippe Kids House in Zürich (24 daycare places distributed among 2 groups) we are looking for a committed Nursery Manager immediately limited until 31 December 2026, possibly with the possibility of extension. The Kinderkrippe Kids House places high value on pedagogical quality. Your tasks: Leading the institution / administrative and organizational management of the nursery / parental work / implementation of the pedagogical concept Ramaki as well as the regulations / nursery events / staff leadership / responsibility for the trainees / public relations / participation in the nursery management team Requirements: Tertiary education Childhood Educator HF, industry certificate or equivalent training / leadership training / flair for administrative activities / very good oral English skills / enthusiasm for teamwork / flexibility / resilience and endurance.
