Your area of responsibility

• The processing of daily business in the area of actuarial and administrative management of autonomous pension funds is your responsibility; this includes, among others, entries and exits, salary mutations, purchases, WEF advances, divorces, retirements as well as death and invalidity cases, pension payments, contribution collection and benefit as well as contribution calculations
• You take on the mandate responsibility for a large autonomous pension fund and ensure its comprehensive and independent support
• You are available to insured persons as a competent contact person for telephone and written information
• In exchange with internal and external stakeholders, you ensure professional and reliable cooperation
• You actively contribute your expertise to projects and specialist groups

Your strengths

• You have a commercial basic training and ideally further training as a specialist in occupational benefits with a federal professional certificate or a comparable qualification
• You have sound knowledge of occupational benefits and bring several years of professional experience in the support of autonomous pension funds; the independent management and administration of complex mandates is familiar to you
• You already have professional experience in the area of the 2nd pillar and use your expertise in daily business
• You are a precise and motivated personality and are used to working autonomously
• You master German and French with stylistic confidence in spoken and written form and communicate appropriately for the target group with various stakeholder groups
