Vocational Trainer Nursing Training Station with WAIDsicht Permanent position Stadtspital Zürich As part of a pilot project, Stadtspital Zürich has opened the first training station in the Canton of Zurich that is run by trainees 365 days a year. Young talents receive practical training in which they take on responsibility with new forms of learning, develop themselves, and can work independently under the expert guidance of the training staff. We are looking for an engaged vocational trainer in nursing for our innovative pilot project at the Waid location starting May 1, 2026, or by arrangement. Are you the motivated personality who promotes our specialists of tomorrow with enthusiasm for nursing and training and a strong coaching approach? Tasks You accompany and coach apprentices and students in all nursing professions in an innovative learning environment that focuses on independence and is based on modern learning methods. You promote the development of trainees through targeted coaching, offer support in reflecting on their learning processes, and accompany them in independent decision-making in daily nursing practice. You develop new teaching and learning scenarios together with the training team that combine theory and practice and promote the joy of learning. You are involved in further developing the training concept and taking nursing training to the next level with new approaches. You take on a key role in leading the trainees and work closely with management, project management, and the training team. You ensure patient-oriented care and corresponding nursing quality. Profile Training as Dipl. Pflegefachfrau / Dipl. Pflegefachmann HF/FH Several years of professional experience in the acute care sector with experience in the training of nursing professions Vocational pedagogical qualification equivalent to at least SVEB 1 Enthusiasm for new learning methods and coaching Joy in promoting talent in a dynamic, interdisciplinary environment High professional, social, and organizational competence, ability to reflect, and a good sense for the individual needs of the trainees High motivation, commitment, and joy in shaping things, as well as the readiness to take on a role model function Readiness to work predominantly in early and late shifts We offer We offer you more than just a job!
