Dispatcher Service Coordination with French 100% (m/f/d) ###

Your tasks: ##

• Receipt and recording of telephone and written repair orders
• Deployment planning and dispatching of service technicians
• Appointment coordination and coordination between customers, technicians, and internal departments
• Monitoring timely execution of assignments including customer information in case of delays
• Planning of service assignments as well as coordination of material procurement with internal departments
• Timely processing of reports in SAP
• Processing of complaints (preparations for invoices, dossiers, reports)

Your profile: ##

• Completed technical training with commercial further education or completed commercial training
• Professional experience in dispatching or deployment planning, ideally in technical service
• Enjoyment of customer contact and strong communication skills
• Very good German skills as well as fluent French skills (oral mandatory)
• Solid MS Office user knowledge, SAP an advantage
• Team player, resilient, reliable, and well-organized
• Independent and solution-oriented way of working
