What you move During the absence of the Managing Director, you assume responsibility The implementation of the defined strategy, the standards and guidelines The entire operative business, from employee leadership to responsibility for numbers The representation of the business to the outside, including local marketing What you bring Education: Completed vocational training (EFZ) Specialization: Hotel/Tourism vocational school with federal diploma or a successfully completed basic training with federal certificate of competency and higher professional examination in the gastronomy sector, G1-G3 Professional experience: Leadership experience in gastronomy Very good MS Office knowledge A passion for the host role.
