Study Coordinator: Clinic for Rheumatology 40-50%

Shape clinical research with us that shows impact. In the Clinic for Rheumatology at USZ, you will work at the interface of research and data. You will take on a central role in the coordination of clinical studies and contribute to gaining new insights into inflammatory rheumatic diseases. Your work forms the basis for national and international research projects - from data collection to the linking with biobank samples. The Universitätsspital Zürich is one of the largest hospitals in Switzerland. Our over 8'600 employees and around 700 trainees commit themselves daily to the well-being of our patients. ### Your main tasks • Maintenance, digitalization and quality assurance of study documentation (HFV 2 and 3). • Ensuring data integrity, data protection and GCP compliance • Management of pseudonymization as well as maintenance of patient and training logs • Linking clinical data with biobank samples incl. support with sample handling (e.g. selection, preparation, shipping) • Pre-screening of patients based on medical documents • Close cooperation with the research teams and in the Quality Management System (QMS) • Coordination and support of data entries in registries Your profile • Basic medical training (nursing professional or comparable) desirable • Experience in clinical studies as a Study Nurse / Clinical Research Coordinator is an advantage • Knowledge of regulatory requirements in Switzerland (HFG, HMG) as well as ICH-GCP is an advantage • Experience in handling data and biobanks • Ability to coordinate complex processes and manage several projects simultaneously • Structured, independent and reliable way of working • Very good German and English skills • Team player, empathy and enthusiasm Our benefits • A meaningful role at the forefront of clinical research - your work contributes directly to gaining new insights for patients with rheumatic diseases • A committed, motivated team that supports each other, shares knowledge and wants to make a difference together • Much scope for design and real responsibility - You actively coordinate study processes and contribute your ideas • Varied tasks between data management, clinical research and biobanking - no two days are the same We look forward to your application Stephanie Indlekofer Recruiting About the USZ The Universitätsspital Zürich is one of the largest hospitals in Switzerland.
