We are the first Hyatt Regency and Hyatt Place in Switzerland with over 550 guest rooms, in direct connection to the Circle Convention Center with over 2,800 square meters of event space. The convention center is also operated by Hyatt and offers space for up to 2,500 guests. The hotel is located in the most central and best-connected location in Switzerland, in the heart of Europe.

Your tasks:

• Inspection, cleaning as well as maintenance and repair of all electrical, mechanical and sanitary installations and system components
• Maintenance and repair of all fixtures and fittings
• Inspection, cleaning, maintenance and repair of all installations regarding fire extinguishing systems, as well as pressure control systems, fire water supply and the execution of the weekly test run of the fire water facility
• Inspection and maintenance of the hotel's own ventilation systems, heating systems, plate heat exchangers and refrigeration systems

Maintenance and inspection of all pumps, air conditioning/ventilation installations and associated equipment.

• Maintenance and inspection of all kitchen appliances and facilities in all kitchen areas.
• Preventive maintenance work in the guest rooms and guest areas

Repair of technical equipment in the hotel.

• Daily visual inspection of all ventilation systems and reading of air temperatures and documentation
• Weekly inspection of all fire protection doors and fire protection flaps as well as monthly functional test and documentation
