Specialist in Charge of Housekeeping (10–40 %) Work location: Zürich (headquarters) with travel within German-speaking Switzerland About us: The IAHA – International Association for Healthy Aging is a private Spitex organization operating throughout Switzerland. We accompany people in being able to live independently at home for as long as possible. In doing so, we work with a dedicated network of employees. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a responsible personality who will provide specialist guidance and further develop the housekeeping area throughout Switzerland. Your tasks: • Specialist responsibility for the housekeeping area • Carrying out quality controls for employees • Accompanying, coaching, and supporting our housekeeping employees • Introduction and training of new employees • Ensuring compliance with internal quality standards as well as legal requirements • Carrying out audits, case discussions, and practical accompaniment • Participation in the further development of concepts, processes, and quality instruments • Close cooperation with the management as well as the nursing specialists • Support with complex issues in the housekeeping area Your profile: • Training as a Fachfrau/Fachmann Hauswirtschaft EFZ or equivalent training • Further education in the field of quality management or adult education is an advantage • Several years of professional experience in the field of housekeeping, ideally in healthcare or in Spitex • Enjoyment in coaching and further developing employees • Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working • High social and communication competence • Very good German skills in speaking and writing • Willingness to travel within Switzerland • Driver's license category B We offer: • An exciting and varied activity with plenty of creative freedom • A nationwide task with responsibility and development opportunities • Modern working conditions and flexible working hours • A motivated, dedicated team • Mileage compensation for travel activities Interested?
