We develop foundations and recommendations for the industry and advise our members and authorities. We actively advocate regionally and nationally for better framework conditions, represent the educational policy interests of the industry as a national association, and work closely with politics, authorities and specialist organizations to achieve this. Your tasks Professional responsibility for daycare centers and day family care Co-development and implementation of the multi-year measures planning Co-development of a broadly supported association position on industry-relevant topics Development of quality standards, publications and working bases Further development of the QualiKita\-label Professional support for members, provision of demand-oriented offers Management of internal working groups as well as participation in external working groups Organization, implementation and participation in regional professional exchange events Professional responsibility for higher vocational education Strategic classification and representation of the needs and interests of the industry as well as the labor market in higher vocational education Co-development and implementation of measures for the sustainable further development of pedagogical competencies, quality and professionalism of specialists Participation in relevant networks of higher vocational education and promotion of professional and educational policy exchange Organization and implementation of regional professional exchange events on higher vocational education Preparation and follow-up of the mandate "Vorstand SAVOIRSOCIAL" as well as representation of industry interests in committees of SAVOIRSOCIAL Coordination and ensuring the flow of information between the persons mandated by the OdAs and relevant stakeholders Preparation and follow-up of the mandate "Einsitz QSK TL/IL" as well as professional classification of relevant developments You bring with you A tertiary education, preferably in political or social sciences, pedagogy or social work Industry and professional experience as well as a network in the professional environment of daycare centers and day family care Knowledge of the education and care system Good entrepreneurial, conceptual and strategic skills Proven skills in networking Experience in agile, flat structures and motivation to actively contribute in a holacratic organizational form Experience in working with heterogeneous stakeholders as well as negotiation skills and high presentation competence Very good self-organization It is an advantage to have Very good knowledge of the state political structures in Switzerland Pedagogical specialist knowledge Experience in dealing with media work Very good German skills in speaking and writing; French skills an advantage We offer A professional challenge where you can move a lot, carry responsibility and show initiative An inspiring environment that combines professionalism and passion Contemporary and flexible working conditions The office in a central location in Zürich (near HB) Further information about the association can be found at .
