Your tasks

• You implement brand strategies in the field of power tools, hand tools, and accessories specifically at your customers and thus contribute to the company's success
• You constantly develop the brand presence on the online platforms of our retail partners and ensure high visibility in the digital space
• You actively maintain existing customer relationships, expand them, and tap into new customer potential for long-term network strengthening
• You ensure attractive product presentation at the Point of Sale and ensure demand-oriented product availability with your retail partners
• You efficiently plan and document weekly customer visits and tours
• You continuously analyze market and competitor developments and derive targeted sales measures from them

Your profile

• Completed commercial training, studies, or manual qualification with strong commercial understanding; technical know-how is an advantage
• Several years of professional experience in field service or inside sales - ideally in the sales of products requiring explanation
• Confident handling of the requirements and potentials of online business
• Strong communication and agile personality with customer focus, high self-motivation, teamwork, and result orientation
• Proficient use of MS Office as well as willingness for professional use of internal systems (e.g., PowerBI, Salesforce)
• Willingness to travel within the sales territory
• Business fluent German and English skills; other foreign languages are an advantage
• 35-45 years
