Raiffeisen Schweiz supports the Raiffeisenbanken with a specialist team in the holistic consulting of our customers in the areas of financial planning, provision, taxes, and estates. In the area of estate consulting/estate execution, we are expanding our capacities to professionally accompany our customers in the organized transfer of assets to the next generation.

To strengthen our team with a location at Zürich-Flughafen (The Circle) and the possibility of partially working in a home office, we are looking for a communicative and innovative personality as an Assistant for Estate Consulting/Estate Execution (w/m/d) limited until mid-2027, starting October 2026 or by agreement.

What awaits you? ##

• Processing of customer inquiries as well as inquiries from bank advisors in the area of estate consulting/estate divisions
• Active participation in estate execution and heir representation mandates
• Taking over the correspondence for mandate leaders with heirs, authorities, etc.

What do you bring? ##

• Completed commercial basic training or equivalent education
• Several years of professional experience in the administrative area of estate divisions are an advantage
• Ideally, you bring knowledge in the area of marital property and inheritance law
• High willingness to perform, flexibility, and initiative
• Negotiation-secure German language skills and technical flair
