January 2027 Job description The Kita Tièchestrasse is looking for motivated and committed specialists as of 1. January 2027.    Tasks You shape a differentiated, binding pedagogical everyday life based on the infans educational concept, which gives the child security and space for their own development and puts relationship work at the center. You participate in the evaluation and reflection of the pedagogical everyday life as part of quality development. You work closely with parents and other specialists. Together with your employees, you organize parent evenings as well as other events and undertake special tasks. You instruct trainees in consultation with the vocational training officer of the Kita. Profile A completed training as Childcare Specialist EFZ, specialization children Interest in education-oriented and open Kita pedagogy (infans) Personal maturity, resilience and good organizational skills Joy in caring for infants  Administrative and organizational skills We offer A demanding, varied challenge in a dynamic and pedagogically oriented environment where working with the children is the focus. The Childcare division of the Social Institutions and Operations operates 11 Kitas, a crisis intervention group and a residential group for toddlers, a family meeting point and "accompanied visitation offers" at two locations for families in conflictive separation situations in the City of Zurich. The Kita Tièchestrasse is located in the Waidliving settlement. The Stadtspital Waid and the Waidhalde school are in the immediate neighborhood. In the Kita Tièchestrasse and its satellite Waidspital, a total of 48 places are offered for children from three months up to kindergarten entry and for children with special care requirements.   Interested?
