For our client, a leading company in the telecommunication sector, we are looking for an open and sales-oriented personality with a pleasure in direct customer contact.

Tasks

• Consulting and supporting customers in the shop
• Selling products and services in the field of telecommunication
• Active customer approach and recognition of individual customer needs
• Support with questions about subscriptions, devices and digital solutions
• Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships
• Completion of administrative tasks
• Ensuring a well-kept and inviting shop appearance

Requirements

• Experience in sales, retail or customer consulting required
• Pleasure in dealing with people and flair for sales
• Open, communicative and service-oriented personality
• Interest in technology, smartphones and digital products
• Very good German language skills, additional languages an advantage
• Well-groomed appearance as well as reliable working method
• Willingness for assignments on Saturdays
