Job Description ##

• Receipt, inspection, and booking of incoming goods
• Checking of delivery documents as well as ensuring GMP/GDP-compliant documentation
• Professional storage of materials and products in compliance with applicable quality guidelines
• Execution of inventory controls as well as responsibility for correct stock management
• Picking, packaging, and shipping preparation of goods
• Creation and application of labels (labelling) according to internal and regulatory specifications
• Support during inventories as well as in the continuous optimization of warehouse and logistics processes
• Ensuring order, cleanliness, and safety in the warehouse area

The Successful Applicant ##

• Completed training in the field of logistics or comparable professional experience
• Several years of experience in a similar function, ideally in a regulated environment such as pharma, medical technology, or life sciences
• Fluent German skills as well as good English skills in spoken and written form
• SAP knowledge is a great advantage
• Knowledge of GDP guidelines (Good Distribution Practice) is an advantage
• Structured, reliable, and quality-conscious way of working
• Ability to work in a team as well as a high degree of responsibility
