To complement our training team, we are looking for, as of November 2026 or by arrangement, a Deputy Head of Nursing Education (m/f/d) 100 % Your tasks Co-responsibility for the overall implementation of training programs in the nursing sector: Fachhochschule FH, Höhere Fachschule HF and Fachfrauen / Fachmänner Gesundheit (FaGe) in compliance with legal requirements Planning responsibility for all training courses, approx. 65 trainees Representation of the Head of Nursing Education at internal and external meetings and events Participation in the qualification process of the training courses Pflege HF and FaGe Co-responsibility for the area of continuing/further education Taking over learning support at the patient's bedside in the absence of nursing instructors Conducting clinical observations (Hospitationen) Ensuring the quality of training/further education and developing corresponding concepts and instruments in cooperation with the Head of Nursing Education Your profile You have completed training as a dipl. Pflegefachperson FH/HF, ideally with several years of professional experience in orthopedics and/or paraplegiology You possess the eidg.
