Our client from the Limmattal region, a company operating nationwide with around 50 employees in the real estate sector, which manages its own properties, is strengthening its management team per sofort or by arrangement and is looking for an independent and motivated Real Estate Manager Residential and Commercial Properties ### #### Tasks & Challenges • Independent management of properties and areas • Management of residential and commercial properties • Ensuring maintenance • Acceptance and handover of the areas • Initial letting and re-letting of rental properties • Contact with tradespeople, caretakers and other stakeholders • Assistance in the preparation of heating and service charge statements • Correspondence and administration Qualifications & Competencies • Completed commercial basic training or similar • Further training to become a Federal Diploma holder as a Real Estate Manager or in training for this • Some years of experience as a Real Estate Manager • Independent, exact and reliable way of working • Enjoyment of a wide range of tasks and freedom of design • Communicative and service-oriented appearance • Proficient IT skills • Fluent German skills, English skills an advantage Opportunities & Perspectives Our client offers you a versatile and varied range of tasks with a lot of room for maneuver.
