As a strategic sparring partner for our business customers, you shape the telecom and ICT future of Zurich with us. Tasks ## • You develop and strategically further an demanding Enterprise customer portfolio and win new customers in the Zurich area in a targeted manner. • You advise decision-makers, also at C-Level, in a sovereign and eye-to-eye manner. • Together with internal departments, you develop individual, holistic telecommunications and ICT solutions (Layer 1-3). • You are responsible for the entire sales process, from needs analysis to contract negotiation to account development. • You maintain your sales pipeline in the SAP Sales Cloud and actively help shape revenue reports, sales strategies, product initiatives, and market measures. Profile ## • You have several years of experience as a Key Account Manager, ideally in the telecommunications or ICT industry. • You have supplemented your commercial or technical basic education with further training in sales or sales management. • You combine a hunter mentality in new customer acquisition with farmer qualities in expanding existing B2B customers. • Your network in the Zurich economic area and your sovereign appearance at C-Level open doors for you. • You think entrepreneurially, negotiate skillfully, and build bridges between customers and internal teams.
