To professionally support our team, we are looking for our apartment houses in Zürich, starting immediately or by arrangement, a

MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN/ALLROUNDER (m/f) 100%

Your main tasks:

• Independent execution of all kinds of

maintenance and repair work in our

high-quality furnished apartments and buildings in

Zürich

• Painting and plastering work
• Grouting work in wet areas
• Sanitary work
• Minor electrical work
• Garden maintenance
• Material procurement
• Occasional deliveries and assembly

of various goods

• Support in on-call service and in various

areas

What we expect

• A highly motivated, resilient, flexible, and dynamic personality who completes tasks even under high pressure and maintains an overview and composure
• Manual dexterity
• At least 3 years of professional experience in the industry / completed vocational training as Fachmann Betriebsunterhalt EFZ is an advantage
• Good German skills as well as English skills, any further foreign language is an advantage
• Good coordination and organizational talent
• Independent way of working
• Good PC user skills
• Ability to work in a team
• Possession of a driver's license Kat. B
