Drafter/Project Architect 80-100% as ArchiCAD Expert

JOM Architekten GmbH is an architecture studio based in Zürich. We realize demanding projects with high design standards and are committed to a climate-neutral, built environment. Our working environment is characterized by short decision-making paths, personal responsibility, and an open, collegial culture.   To support our team, we are looking for an experienced, independently working personality as a Drafter/Project Architect (80-100%), who supports our project managing architects in CAD drawing in various projects and takes on an expert role as a contact person in the studio for assistance in using our CAD program.   Your tasks ### • Contributing your knowledge in the area of CAD know-how throughout the entire studio • Developing, monitoring, and further developing modern CAD drawing templates in ArchiCAD across projects for the entire studio • Creating and editing project, execution, and detail plans in all planning phases • Modeling and plan creation in ArchiCAD • Supporting project management in the development and implementation of architectural projects  • Elaborating constructive details in cooperation with the project management and specialist planners • Maintaining and updating project documentation and plan statuses    What you bring with you ### • Completed training as a Drafter specializing in architecture or a Bachelor/Master's degree in the field of architecture • Several years of experience in construction and detail planning of all sia phases in Switzerland, i.e., sound knowledge of Swiss standards and local construction processes • Great expertise in using the CAD software ArchiCAD in 2D and 3D functions as well as automation and standardization in the planning process in the Swiss context • Independent, structured, and reliable way of working  • Ability to work in a team, resilience, communication skills, and initiative  • Very good German skills   What we offer you ### • A varied and responsible activity • Modern working conditions, fair overtime compensation • Further education and development opportunities • An inspiring place of work in the middle of Zürich-West • A professional, architecture-enthusiastic, appreciative, and diverse team   Interested? ### Then we look forward to your application with the following subject line: «Bewerbung auf Stellenausschreibung Zeichner:in/Projektarchitekt:in 80-100%» to job@jom.ch.
